Welcome to Dedwell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dedwell platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

All content on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Dedwell or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to our Platform. By submitting content, you grant Dedwell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws including the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) in British Columbia and the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25) in Quebec.

OUR PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEDWELL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
For Quebec Residents: If you are a resident of Quebec, you may have additional rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1). Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have under applicable Quebec consumer protection laws.

If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario) or the applicable arbitration legislation in your province. Arbitration shall take place in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by local law.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
